Your Teenager Isn't "Just Going Through a Phase." Something Is Actually Changing And You Can Feel It.

Is Your Teenager Struggling in Ways You Don't Fully Understand?

Many teenagers today are silently battling things they don’t always have the words to explain.

If you’re raising a teenager between 13 and 19, some of this might already feel close to home:

  • They no longer greet you the way they used to, and you’ve started wondering what changed
  • The usual talks; even the firm ones don’t seem to reach them anymore
  • You worry about who’s actually shaping them once they’re out of your sight; at school, on their phone, with new friends
  • Quietly, you’ve started asking yourself whether the way you were raised even applies to raising them

And underneath all of it is a harder question you probably haven’t said out loud:

“Am I losing them and will I know if I have, before it’s too late to do anything about it?”

This is not disrespect. It’s not “bad belle” from anyone, and it’s not something that needs deliverance. It’s a stage most homes don’t have the language for and it needs guidance, not just more discipline.

You may be noticing:
And as a parent, it can feel like:

This is not just a "phase" to ignore; it is a critical stage that needs intentional guidance.

Testimonials!

God bless you, Coach Nike.

My heart was just blessing you for organizing this Teens Program. You don’t know how you lifted a 100-pound weight off my shoulders.

I learnt, and my daughter learnt a lot. How I wish I had this when I was a teenager. 😔🥺

But I thank God that my children won’t make avoidable mistakes. Everything that was taught in this program is enough to receive Academy Awards.

Thank you to Coach Nike and all the amazing coaches for investing in our children.

Mrs Glory

Thank you, Coach Nike and all the coaches for this Teens Program.

I watched some of the sessions with my daughter, and honestly, I learnt just as much as she did.

I wish I had this opportunity growing up as a teenager. It would have saved me from a lot of heartache.

Nevertheless, I’m grateful that my daughter is getting this opportunity.

Thank you for investing in our children. May God Himself reward you and all the coaches for the time and heart you poured into raising the next generation.

Here's What's Actually True (And Why It's Not Too Late)

Your teenager isn’t broken, and you haven’t failed them.

What’s happening is that they’re at the exact age where they’re quietly asking one question over and over, whether they say it out loud or not: “Who am I, actually outside of my grades, my church group, and what my parents expect of me?”

Nobody sits them down and helps them answer that.

School is focused on WAEC and JAMB. Home is focused on obedience and “common sense.” Almost no one is helping them build an actual identity, real habits, and a direction they’ve chosen for themselves.

So they go looking for answers wherever they can find them — Instagram, TikTok, whoever seems confident online, comparing their real life to everyone else’s highlight reel because no one showed them a better way.

This is not a discipline problem. It’s an identity gap. And identity gaps close with the right guidance, not more rules.

The One Thing That Changes Everything Else

Your teenager isn’t broken, and you haven’t failed them.

If your teenager builds a clear sense of who they are before the world hands them an identity built on comparison, pressure, and other people’s approval; almost everything else you’re worried about starts to resolve on its own.

Confidence stops being something you have to convince them of. It becomes something they built.

Communication stops being a battle, because a teenager who knows who they are doesn’t need to shut you out to protect a version of themselves they haven’t figured out yet.

Bad influence stops being as scary, because peer pressure only works on someone still looking for an identity to borrow.

Fast-forward a few years. Your teenager finishes secondary school and walks into university, a new job, or a new city away from you, making decisions on their own for the first time. The teenager who never got help building an identity is still looking for one out there: in the wrong relationship, the wrong crowd, the wrong crash-diet version of “success” they saw online.

The teenager who did this work already knows who they are, what they stand for, and what they won’t be talked into. That difference doesn’t show up this month. It shows up for the rest of their life.

One day your teenager will leave this house. The question was never whether they’d leave; it’s who they’ll be when they do.

That’s exactly what the Teen Identity & Life Design Program is built to do.

Testimonials!

The sex talk… at first I was holding my chest because I thought the information might be too much for them.

But then I saw one of the teenagers ask why he was experiencing homosexual tendencies, and I immediately realized how important these conversations are.

Wow! If you are not an intentional parent in this day and age… I honestly don’t know.

Who This Is For

This program is for teenagers who:

Why Now, Not "Someday"

Every week you wait is a week your teenager spends building their sense of self from whatever’s around them instead — social media, peer pressure, comparison. That gap doesn’t stay the same size. It grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

That’s a very common concern, and honestly, it’s completely normal.

Many teenagers come into a new environment feeling reserved or unsure. We don’t force participation or put anyone on the spot. Instead, we’ve designed the sessions to meet teenagers where they are, helping them gradually feel safe enough to participate, ask questions, reflect, and engage at their own pace.

By the end of the program, many parents are surprised by how much their teenagers begin to open up.

That’s absolutely okay.

Not every teenager learns by speaking up in a group. Throughout the program, there are opportunities for personal reflection, journaling, individual exercises, and small group interactions that allow every teenager to participate in a way that suits their personality.

Our goal isn’t to change who they are; it’s to help them become more confident in who they already are.

This program isn’t therapy.

The Teen Identity & Life Design Program is a trauma-informed coaching and life development program focused on helping teenagers build identity, confidence, emotional resilience, healthy habits, purpose, and practical life skills.

While healing conversations are part of the journey, our focus is helping teenagers move forward with clarity, direction, and the tools they need to thrive.

Yes.

Although teenagers are at different stages of development, the core challenges around identity, confidence, friendships, emotions, purpose, and decision-making are relevant across the age range.

Activities and discussions are facilitated in ways that allow each teenager to engage at an age-appropriate level.

Not at all.

This isn’t a program for “problem teenagers.”

It’s a personal growth and life coaching program designed to help young people navigate one of the most important seasons of their lives.

Just as parents invest in academic lessons, music classes, coding, sports, or leadership programs, this is an investment in your teenager’s emotional intelligence, character, confidence, and life direction.

The families joining this program aren’t waiting for a crisis; they’re choosing to prepare their teenagers before one happens.

That’s a fair question.

No program can promise to transform a teenager overnight, because growth requires willingness and consistency. What we can promise is that your teenager will receive practical teaching, guided coaching, reflection exercises, a supportive community, and a personal life blueprint they can continue using long after the four weeks are over.

Our goal is that by the end of the program, every teenager leaves with greater self-awareness, stronger confidence, healthier thinking patterns, practical life skills, and a clearer vision for their future.

Give Your Teen the One Thing No One Else Is Teaching Them

They don’t need another lecture. They need someone to walk them through figuring out who they are before the world does it for them.

The right guidance at this stage can change everything.
